Can shipping delays happen?
While we stay committed to our promised shipment date and promised delivery date and will use express shipping services to ensure the product reaches you on time, however in rare cases there could be shipment delays purely beyond our control because of flight issues,Covid-19 restrictions, custom issues, political / social / economic issues, etc.
Please note that as a Seller, we won't be responsible for any shipment delays beyond our control.
Are there any extra charges for Plus Size Outfits?
Usually, all our outfits can be made upto max ~40" chest size and ~40" waist size. There will be a nominal customization cost (20%-30% of outfit cost) for plus size outfits. Hence if you are a plus size customer, please reach out to us via Etsy messages to know the customization cost before you place the order.
What is a semi-stitched product?
A Semi-stitched lehenga means that the pattern of the lehenga is ready and only the fitting of the lehenga as per your waist and height(waist to floor) has to be done. The lehenga is ready to be stitch to your desired size. The blouse(Top/Choli) of lehenga is an un-stitched patterned fabric.
What is a Custom Stitch product(Made To Measure)?
it is purely custom made to measure outfit according to your size. On order confirmation we send you size measurement picture that guide how to take measurements or already added measurement picture in Each product photos so you can send by yourself too. Custom stitch order Start Making only After You give size Confirmation so request you to provide your required size ASAP After order confirmation
What is Custom order ? and Our Return and refund policy for that.
Anything that stitched according to your given measurement considered as Custom stitching or personalized order that is either blouse, lehenga choli saree or any other dresses no refund and return is acceptable for Custom order as that will be no use for us because that outfits stitched according to your given measurement.
Measurement Arrangement
If you select "Made to measure" option then you need to provide measurement as attached chart in each product listing within 24 hours after order
If you failed to provide measurement within 24 hours after order then we are not responsible for delay shipping time
