What is Custom order(Made To Measure) ? and Our Return and refund policy for that.
Anything that stitched according to your given measurement considered as Custom stitching or personalized order that is either blouse, lehenga choli saree or any other dresses no refund and return is acceptable for Custom order as that will be no use for us because that outfits stitched according to your given measurement.
We "ReadyToWearshop" make sure each product meets highest quality as per price and described well in description section so customers can make decision to buy accordingly. Also we "ReadyToWearshop" have multi levels of quality check to ensure you will get your outfit in best condition before dispatching each order
But if you are unsatisfied with the merchandise then we provide 7 DAYS BUYER FRIENDLY RETURN POLICY. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE ITEM(S). Please note custom order(made to measure) and standard size can't be accepted for return unless in rare cases the item is defective. Only unstitch or semi stitch item(s) can be return in original conditions only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You need to share unboxing video for if item defective during transits mode.
The item(s) requested for return must be unused, unwashed, unworn and returned with all its packaging, tags as well complimentary gifts. Also you need to deliver return item(s) within 8-10 days to us after approval of return request date and need to share valid return tracking number to us.
